What if I refuse treatment or refuse to follow advice to go back to work? by Patricia Santucci
If you refuse to participate in rehabilitation or treatments that are reasonable, then your insurance company will be entitled to deny or cut off your accident benefits. If you are able to return to work or to obtain other employment for which you are trained but do not make a reasonable effort to do so, your insurance company is entitled to deny or cut off your income replacement benefit.
