What do I do if my LTD benefits are denied or cut off? by Patricia Santucci
Even if you are legitimately disabled, you initial application for LTD benefits may be denied by your insurance company. They may also cut off your LTD benefits prematurely. If either of these situations applies to you, you can appeal the decision through the insurance company’s internal process (where you ask the insurance company to review their decision) or you can pursue a civil law suit (litigation). Both of these options are time consuming, complicated and stressful. You should call Santucci Personal Injury Law to help you. (48)
