When am I entitled to make a tort claim? by Patricia Santucci

You can only make a tort claim if you have suffered a loss as a result of another person’s negligence. In the case of a motor vehicle accident, the negligent party may be the driver of the car that you are in or the driver of another vehicle. A corporation might also be a negligent party if, for example, a municipality caused a collision by not keeping the roads in the appropriate condition. Sometimes this can be difficult to navigate. Santucci Personal Injury Law is available to help. Initial consultations are free. (78)
