Hamilton’s International Village

Years ago I invested in downtown Hamilton by buying the house where I currently live. It was a great decision. I recently decided to purchase a building downtown in which to locate my law practice.

Hamilton is a city made up of many beautiful neighbourhoods, so it was a difficult decision deciding where to re-locate my practice. I finally decided on a building located in the International Village, which is a Business Improvement Area comprised by Main Street East, King Street East and King William Street and the streets in between.

I couldn’t be happier with the neighbourhood that I have chosen as the new home for my law firm. The International Village still retains many of the beautiful Victorian facades of the mid-1800s combined with more modern high-rises. There is a great selection of restaurants and cafes featuring food from around the world. I am a frequent shopper at Denningers, which is right across the street from my office. I really love the wide sidewalks in the neighbourhood, and there are even cobble stone streets! Ferguson Station, a heritage site, is nearby and anchors the neighbourhood.

Proud to be Part of Urban Renewal

I am proud to be part of the urban renewal of Hamilton’s downtown core. Every day I am surprised at the number of revitalization and development projects going on, and I am happy to be one of them.

Committed to Doing the Right Thing for Hamilton

My building has a lot of character. I am a big fan of redeveloping old buildings and I am so pleased that I have been given the opportunity to take on this project. I am committed to doing the right thing for Hamilton’s downtown.

The new location of Santucci Personal Injury Law is conveniently located and easy to get to, even if you don’t have (or choose to drive) a car. There is a huge demand for walkability these days and our new office is located smack dab in the middle of a very walkable neighbourhood. We are also on the route of the proposed light rail transit. We even have the bike-share program nearby!

I choose to live downtown and to work downtown because I love my City.

I am so pleased to be part of the renaissance of Hamilton’s downtown core. Please stop by if you are in the neighbourhood and see our new beautiful offices.
